Who can use the kit?
Every new mother. We offer two tailored options:
Essential Care Kit – covers the basics you’ll need right after birth.
Premium Care Kit – includes extra comfort items like the TufinMama Cup and High-Waist Thong for snatched-back recovery.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly on our website or through our verified social media handles @tufinmama.
How long does delivery take?
Within Lagos: 1–3 business days
Other states in Nigeria: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. We have a physical location at 4 Hughes Avenue, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos. It is for pickup or personal delivery only (not a walk-in shop).
How do I use each item in the kit?
Each product has been carefully chosen for ease and comfort:
- Peri Bottle – Fill with warm water and gently spray to soothe and cleanse after using the toilet.
- Disposable Maternity Underwear/Shorts – Wear once and dispose; designed to hold maternity pads securely.
- Postpartum Belly Wrap – Wrap gently around your abdomen for support. Begin only when your doctor approves.
- High-Waist Postpartum Thong – Provides firm shaping and tummy support. Use only after healing and medical approval.
- Disposable Breast Pads – Place inside your bra to absorb leaks and keep clothes dry.
- Nursing Bag – Store and carry your essentials conveniently.
- Hair Bonnet – Protects hair while resting.
- Socks – Keep feet warm and cozy in hospital or at home.
- TufinMama Cup (Hydration Cup) – Keeps drinks hot or cold; perfect for water, tea, or coffee.
Are the products safe for postpartum use?
Yes. Every item in our kit is sourced with mothers in mind — hygienic, comfortable, and practical for recovery.
Can I buy individual products instead of the whole kit?
Absolutely. While the kits offer full recovery support, we also sell individual items like disposable maternity underwear, peri bottles, and breast pads.
Can I use the belly wrap or high-waist thong immediately after delivery?
The TufinMama Belly Wrap is designed to support recovery, especially for C-section mums, by helping reduce swelling and giving gentle abdominal support. However, every mum heals differently — please listen to your body and consult your doctor before use.
The TufinMama High-Waist Thong is a firmer garment meant for “snatch-back” support and shaping. It should only be used after your incision or body has healed and your doctor has approved.
What payment options are available?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and secure online payments.
Do you work with hospitals or clinics?
Yes, we welcome partnerships with healthcare providers to make postpartum care more accessible.

Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a kit or product has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
